How to Create a Manual Order
To the menu on your left, click on orders. If you want to seek out created orders, you can do so at this page.
- If you want to create a new order, click on new order button. You shall be redirected to the below page.
- Enter a pickup and delivery address or you can choose from your previously saved addresses. It is important to enter Addresses clearly to avoid wrong dropoffs.
- Add products that go into this order in the product details section. Clicking on + add product, will allow you to choose products from your catalog that go into this order.
- In the Package details section, type in the deadweight of the total order(weight of order without packaging).
- Under volumetric weight, you can include the saved packaging or can enter the dimensions of the package individually. Once the package details are filled, you have to select if the payment is a Cash on delivery payment or a prepaid payment.
After choosing the type of payment, we can either create order or we can directly move ahead to choosing the carrier partner by selecting the checkbox.
