How to Check Order Status


  1. In your orders page, you can observe multiple tabs such as “new”, “Ready to ship”, “In transit”, “Delivered”, “on hold” etc.  Your order moves from one tab to other based on its status.
  2. You also get continuous updates about your order via Emails and texts to your contact number provided when registering. You can also view the entire flow of order transit on clicking on the order number of the order you wish to track which opens a tracking page showing all the locations your order has travelled to until the last update from carrier.

  1. To track your order at any stage, you can click on order ID or AWB number to open the tracking page which gives precise status of the order until it is delivered.
