There is a time frame in which you can cancel an order you’ve already sent through. If you cancel your order within a 30-minue time frame, we may be able to process your cancellation. It is a good idea to contact us directly to make sure your order cancellation and refund can be processed.

You can use your carrier shipping accounts or use ours. Shipments are managed through SHIFT. We help create solutions that provide you with the best cost/shipping effectiveness to customers.
