Return Settings

Return settings are limitations to be set up by the seller to ensure smooth and transparent return policy. The seller is allowed to set up a return window for the products sold, choose products that cannot be returned and classify reasons of return.

  1. The return window is the number of days a customer can process a return from the seller.
  2. Exception cases are SKUs that cannot be put on return, ie; the customer cannot place the order for returns if they arent satisfied with it.
  3. Reasons for return are options the seller can enable for which he is willing to accept the order being returned. Ex: A seller can accept a return if the order is damaged, wrong item was received or if any products are missing from order but wouldnt accept if there are quality complaints or if the customer changed their mind. He can turn on the appropriate triggers and save it.
