How to Add and Edit Channels

The channels section allows you to connect your marketplaces instead of creating manual orders.
  1. Go to the sliding menu to the left of the page and select "Setup and Manage".
  2. Under the section, click on "Channels".
  3. A list of preset channels appear if you have previously integrsated any channel. 
  4. Click on "+ New Channel" to add a new channel.
  5. All available channels for your subscription model shall appear and you can connect with the channel of your choosing by clicking on "add" below the channel logo.
  6. A set of instructions are provided to connect the channel with your account. You can also view these instructions under "Integrations" section of this support documentation.



Once a channel is paired successfully to the application, orders from the channel reflect in the application. The channel can also be unpaired when needed.
