Can you invoice customers on my behalf?
We can invoice customers on your behalf either prior to, or following shipment. The SHIFT system can also manage open receivables.

Can I view reports by date?
Yes, many reports are selectable by date range.

What automated reports are available daily?
We tailor the daily report to our client’s needs. The standard daily reports contains:
Inventory : balance on hand, adjustments, retail cost, backorder dates, last sold date
Receiving : units, date, PO number, vendor
Open purchase orders
Orders by day

Are reports accessible at any time?
You can access our reports at anytime through the client portal.

Do you send email confirmations when an order is shipped?
Yes, we do. If the order contains an email address, we will email shipping confirmation to that address. Typically the email address in the system is the email address of your customer.

How do we need to notify Shift.in when we are sending our inventory to one of the shift.in warehouses?
Send an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice). It will inform Fulfillment.com of how many units we will be receiving from your supplier. An ASN is electronic information concerning a single shipment of movable units sent to a WMS from suppliers and sent from a WMS to customers. If you do not have this capability, please click here to download a shipping notification form and ensure your Success Manager confirms receipt of your ASN.

Does Shift Service Have Restrictions On Order Volume?
No, we do not have any minimum or maximum order volume requirements. We work with merchants of all sizes, from startups to multi-channel sellers.

How do I calculate my shipping costs?
Upon registering for an account, you will be able to access our shipping rates calculator. The shipping rates calculator will allow you to see all the options available to the destination specified including, cost, weight and delivery times. There are no costs associated with opening an account with us. We only start billing once your first batch of products arrives at our warehouse.
